摘要
目的探讨团队协作式零缺陷护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月赣州市人民医院新生儿科收治的96例NRDS患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=48)和常规组(n=48)。常规组给予常规护理,试验组给予团队协作式零缺陷护理。比较两组患儿的血气指标、不良反应、家属满意度、肺功能以及神经功能发育情况。结果干预后,试验组的动脉血氧含量(CaO_(2))、氧分压(PaO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))水平均高于常规组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、呼气末压力、吸入氧浓度(FiO_(2))水平以及不良反应总发生率均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的家属满意度、智力量表(MDI)评分、运动量表(PDI)评分、达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)等均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团队协作式零缺陷护理模式在NRDS患儿中具有显著的应用价值,能够改善血气指标、肺功能以及神经智力发育,降低不良反应发生率,提高家属满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of team collaborative zero defect nursing in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods A total of 96 children with NRDS admitted to the Department of Neonatology,Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into experimental group(n=48)and routine group(n=48)by random number table method.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given team collaborative zero defect nursing.Blood gas indexes,adverse reactions,family satisfaction,lung function and nerve function development were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of oxygen content in arterial blood(CaO_(2)),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group,while the levels of partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),end-expiratory pressure,fraction of inspired oxygen(FiO_(2))and the total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group were lower than those in routine group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction,mental development index(MDI)score,psychomotor developmental index(PDI)score,ratio of volume at peak tidal expiratory flow to expiratory tidal volume(VPEF/VE)and ratio of time to peak tidal expiratory flow to total expiratory time(TPTEF/TE)of family members of experimental group were higher than those of routine group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Team collaborative zero defect nursing model has significant application value in children with NRDS,which can improve blood gas index,lung function and neurointelligence development,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve family satisfaction.
