摘要
目的探讨脑肿瘤患者术后出院准备度的影响因素,以指导拟定临床干预措施,提高脑肿瘤患者术后出院准备度。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月江西省肿瘤医院收治脑肿瘤患者76例,均接受手术治疗,评估所有患者术后出院准备度[出院准备度量表(RHDS)],设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有患者基线资料,比较不同临床特征脑肿瘤患者术后RHDS评分,采取多元线性回归分析检验脑肿瘤患者术后出院准备度的影响因素。结果经评估,76例脑肿瘤患者术后的RHDS评分为(155.65±12.20)分;不同年龄、文化水平、社会支持、自我效能及家庭人均月收入脑肿瘤患者术后的RHDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、文化水平、社会支持、自我效能、家庭人均月收入为脑肿瘤患者术后出院准备度的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论脑肿瘤患者术后出院准备度一般,脑肿瘤患者术后出院准备度的影响因素为年龄大、文化水平低、社会支持低下、自我效能低及家庭人均月收入低。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of postoperative discharge readiness in patients with brain tumors,in order to guide the formulation of clinical intervention measures and improve the postoperative discharge readiness of patients with brain tumors.Methods A total of 76 patients with brain tumors admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected,all of whom received surgical treatment.The postoperative discharge readiness of all patients was evaluated(readiness for hospital discharge scale[RHDS]).A baseline data questionnaire was designed to collect detailed baseline data from all patients.The postoperative RHDS scores of brain tumor patients with different data characteristics were compared,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the influencing factors of postoperative discharge readiness of brain tumor patients.Results The RHDS score of 76 patients with brain tumor was(155.65±12.20)points.The postoperative RHDS scores of patients with brain tumors of different ages,educational levels,social support,self-efficacy and per capita monthly household income were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of postoperative discharge readiness in patients with brain tumors were age,educational level,social support,self-efficacy and monthly income per capita(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative discharge readiness of brain tumor patients is average,and the influencing factors of postoperative discharge readiness of brain tumor patients are older age,low educational level,low social support,low self-efficacy,and low monthly income per capita in the family.
