摘要
目的:分析百令胶囊辅助治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月六盘水首钢水钢医院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者120例作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予百令胶囊治疗。比较两组肾功能、免疫功能、炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,两组尿素氮、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD8^(+)低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:百令胶囊辅助治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果显著,可保护肾功能,改善免疫功能,减轻炎性反应。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Baling capsule as the adjuvant treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Liupanshui Shougang Shuigang Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases)by using computers.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Baling capsule on the basis of the control group.Renal function,immune function,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the urea nitrogen,blood creatinine and 24 h urine protein quantification in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indicators in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The CD8^(+)in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the CD8^(+)in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Bailing capsule as the adjuvant treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has a significant effect,and can protect renal function,improve immune function and relieve inflammatory reaction.
