摘要
高水平跨文化交际能力是应对文化冲突的有效手段,也是文化传承与传播的重要保障。值此背景下,来华留学生跨文化交际能力亟需提升。同时,来华留学生跨文化交际能力培养有利于增进国际文化交流与理解、扩充留学生人才储备、促进中外合作良性互动。值得注意的是,来华留学生跨文化交际能力培养面临交流语言表达水平有待提升、跨文化交际实践形式单一、不同文化知识系统学习不充分和多元文化背景差异尚未转化等难题。对此,该文提出“打造来华留学生汉语交流角,增强跨文化语言表达能力;拓展来华留学生交际实践机会,提高跨文化交际实践水平;构建系统化留学生培育体系,丰富跨文化交际知识;搭建留学生跨文化交流平台,丰富跨文化交际活动”的培养路径,以期为增强留学生中华文化认同感和文化交际能力提供新思路。
High level cross-cultural communication skills are an effective means of dealing with cultural conflicts and an important guarantee for spreading cultural heritage.In this context,the cross-cultural communication skills of international students studying in China urgently need to be improved.At the same time,cultivating cross-cultural communication skills among international students studying in China is beneficial for enhancing international cultural exchange and understanding,expanding the talent pool of international students,and promoting positive interaction between China and foreign cooperation.It is worth noting that the cultivation of cross-cultural communication skills among international students studying in China faces challenges such as the need to improve their communication language expression level,a single form of cross-cultural communication practice,insufficient systematic learning of different cultural knowledge,and the lack of transformation of multicultural background differences.In response to this,it is proposed to create a Chinese communication corner for international students studying in China to enhance their cross-cultural language expression abilities,expand communication practice opportunities for international students studying in China and improve their cross-cultural communication skills,build a systematic system for cultivating international students and enriching cross-cultural communication knowledge,build a cross-cultural communication platform for international students,enriching the cultivation path of cross-cultural communication activities,in order to provide new ideas for enhancing international students'sense of Chinese cultural identity and cultural communication skills.
