基于ABAQUS的金刚石锯片切割工件破碎过程数值模拟研究

摘要 通过数值模拟的手段优化金刚石的排布方式,建立了C25混凝土材料的本构模型和金刚石锯片与C25混凝土的交互作用模型,通过该模型能够预测混凝土破碎过程,计算出切割过程中刀头和混凝土的应力和应变分布。建立了三种不同金刚石排布的锯片与C25混凝土的切割模型,计算了不同金刚石排布方式下切割材料和刀头的应力、应变分布。通过该模型可以改变金刚石排布、胎体材料属性以及切割材料属性来计算出不同边界条件下的金刚石、胎体以及切割材料的应力、应变和位移等结果,为金刚石锯片的结构设计和胎体材料设计提供理论指导。通过模拟切割计算,可以节省大量的切割材料,降低设计成本。从三种不同金刚石排布的锯片切割C25混凝土计算出的应力和应变结果得出,金刚石排布方案一的金刚石破碎混凝土的效率最高,切割速度最快。 This work optimized the arrangement of diamonds by numerical simulation,established the constitutive model of C25 concrete material and the interaction model between diamond saw blade and C25 concrete,which could predict the concrete crushing process and calculated the stress and strain distribution of the cutting head and concrete during the cutting process.Three cutting models of saw blades with different diamond arrangements and C25 concrete were established,and the stress and strain distributions of cutting materials and cutting heads under different diamond arrangements were calculated.Through this model,the stress,strain,and displacement of diamonds,matrix,and cutting materials under different boundary conditions could be calculated by changing the diamond arrangement,matrix material properties,and cutting material properties,which provided theoretical guidance for the structural design of diamond saw blades and matrix material design.By performing simulation cutting calculations,significant savings in cutting materials can be achieved,thereby decreasing design expenses.According to the stress and strain results calculated from the cutting of C25 concrete with three saw blades with different diamond arrangements,the diamond arrangement scheme 1 has the highest efficiency in crushing concrete and the fastest cutting speed.
