摘要
目的了解临床医护人员对新生儿肠造口护理质量评价的认知。方法采用目的抽样法,于2023年3-5月选取贵阳市某三级甲等综合医院从事新生儿肠造口相关工作的4名医生和11名护士,采用现象学研究方法进行半结构式访谈,使用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析并提炼主题。结果共提炼出9个主题,其中与护理结构质量评价相关的4个主题:肠造口护理管理制度、人力资源配置、肠造口理论知识和技能培训、组建多学科协作团队;与护理过程质量评价相关的3个主题:病情观察与评估、健康教育、延续性护理;与护理结果质量评价相关的2个主题:并发症发生率、医疗资源。结论基于临床医护人员角度提取的新生儿肠造口护理质量评价相关主题,可作为下一步为构建合理、科学、适用的指标体系提供参考依据,以提高新生儿肠造口的护理质量。
Objective To explore the cognition of medical staff on nursing quality evaluation of neonatal enterostomy.Methods Four doctors and eleven nurses engaged in neonatal enterostomy related work in a Grade A general hospital in Guiyang from March to May 2023 were selected as the research object by purposeful sampling method,and were conducted a semi-structured interviews by phenomenological research method,and the acquired data were analyzed and themes were extracted using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results A total of 9 topics were extracted,among which 4 subjects related to nursing structure quality evaluation:Nursing management system of enterostomy,nursing staff allocation,theoretical knowledge and skills training of enterostomy,and the establishment of multidisciplinary teams;Three subjects related to nursing process quality evaluation:Disease condition observation and assessment,health education,and continuous nursing;Two subjects related to nursing outcome quality evaluation:Incidence rate of complication and medical resources.Conclusion The related topics of neonatal enterostomy nursing quality evaluation extracted from the perspective of medical staff can be used as the next step to provide a reference for the construction of a reasonable,scientific and applicable index system to improve the quality of neonatal enterostomy nursing.
