摘要
随着社会的不断发展,图书馆的功能和作用在不断扩大。高校图书馆作为文化传承创新的重要阵地,除了传统的文献借阅服务之外,还要不断加强顶层设计和宏观规划,积极探索和实践“三全育人”工作模式,以实现全员、全程、全方位参与的育人目标。针对中医药院校图书馆贯彻落实“三全育人”理念,结合江西中医药大学图书馆育人工作实际,阐述了中医药图书馆在“三全育人”工作中的重要作用,提出了新时代中医药院校图书馆如何落实立德树人根本任务的优化策略。
With the continuous development of society,the functions and roles of libraries are constantly expanding.As the main battlefield for cultural inheritance and innovation,university libraries,in addition to traditional literature borrowing services,need to continuously strengthen top-level design and macro planning,actively explore and practice the“three-wide education”work mode,in order to achieve the goal of all-round,full process,and full participation in education.In response to the implementation of the spirit of the“three-wide education”in the library of traditional Chinese medicine universities,combined with the actual education work of the library of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this article elaborates on the important role of the library of traditional Chinese medicine in the“three-wide education”work,and proposes optimization strategies for how to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents in the library of traditional Chinese medicine universities in the new era.
