摘要
考虑清水混凝土具有耐久性好、维护需求低、艺术表现力独特、适应性强的特点,珠海机场塔台饰面采用清水混凝土。论文较系统阐述了该项目清水混凝土饰面施工中,混凝土配合比、定型模板、加固体系等方面的设计要点,提出了定型模板制作加工、定型模板安装加固、钢筋安装、清水混凝土制备与浇筑等环节的工程管理措施。
In consideration of its good durability,low maintenance requirements,unique artistic expression and strong adaptability,the Zhuhai Airport tower is decorated with fair-faced concrete.In this paper,the main design points of concrete mix ratio,formwork and reinforcement system are systematically described.The project management measures of formwork making and processing,formwork installation and reinforcement,steel bar installation,preparation and pouring of concrete are put forward.
