摘要
针对ALC墙板安装质量低,合格率不足的问题,分析了现有的ALC墙板安装方法。通过对连接节点的关键参数进行分析,设计了基于连接节点的最优关键参数组合来更好地发挥连接节点对墙板的约束作用。结果表明,在研究设计的关键参数组合下,当层间位移达到极限状态,即为24 mm时,节点区域受到的作用力为2.3 kN,对比方法中受到的作用力为4.4 kN,即研究设计关键参数组合可以更有效地减少节点区域受到的力,减少其可能受到的损伤。
In response to the problems of low installation quality and insufficient qualification rate of ALC wall panels,the existing installation methods of ALC wall panels were analyzed.By analyzing the key parameters of the connection nodes,an optimal combination of key parameters based on the connection nodes was designed to better exert the constraint effect of the connection nodes on the wall panel.The results show that under the key parameter combination of research and design,when the interlayer displacement reaches the limit state,which is 24 mm,the force acting on the node area is 2.3 kN,and the force acting on it under the comparative method is 4.4 kN.Therefore,the combination with research and design key parameters can more effectively reduce the force acting on the node area and the potential damage it may suffer.
