摘要
针对带式输送系统工作过程输送带撕裂、输送带跑偏、工作面堆煤以及输送带温度异常等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的带式输送系统姿态监测与预警模式,引入矿用5G通讯技术及智能采煤控制系统多机联动传输协议,保证了井下通讯信号传输的稳定性、高效性及多机协调性,能够实现对输送带撕裂、输送带跑偏、工作面堆煤以及输送带温度异常等方面的实时监测与预警,改善了传统掘进工作面的监测及运行方式,达到了系统智能化决策和自动化协同运行的目的。
In this paper,a mode of posture monitoring and early warning for belt conveyor system based on machine vision is proposed to solve the problems of belt tearing,belt running deviation,coal stacking in working face and abnormal temperature of belt during the working process of belt conveyor system.Mining 5G communication technology and multi machine linkage transmission protocol of intelligent coal mining control system are introduced,which ensures the stability,efficiency and multi machine coordination of underground communication signal transmission in coal mine,and can realize real-time monitoring and early warning of conveyor belt tearing,belt running deviation,coal stacking in working face and abnormal temperature of conveyor belt.The monitoring and operation mode of traditional fully mechanized excavation face is improved,and the purpose of intelligent decision-making and automatic coordinated operation of the system is achieved.
