摘要
随着焚烧处理设施数量不断增加和生态环境管理要求的提升,国家及地方对焚烧处理设施的监管也日趋严格。基于焚烧处理设施和“环保管家”新兴业务模式发展现状,形成了“环保管家”模式应用于焚烧处理设施监管中的标准化流程。并以某焚烧处理设施为例,总结了案例应用实际经验,提出了焚烧处理设施监管的相关建议。
With the continuous increase in the number of incineration treatment facilities and the improvement of ecological environment management requirements,national and local regulations on incineration treatment facilities are becoming increasingly strict.Based on the development status of incineration treatment facilities and the emerging business model of“environmental stewardship”,a standardized process had been formed for the application of the“environmental stewardship”model in the supervision of incineration treatment facilities.A certain incineration treatment facility was taken as an example,the practical experience of case application was summarized,and relevant suggestions for the supervision of incineration treatment facilities were proposed.
