摘要
为满足高校多样化开展劳动教育实践需要,指出了高校实验室开展大学生劳动教育的必要性与可行性,并通过分析高校实验室开展大学生劳动教育的关键要素,提出了构建“1+X+3”大学生实验室劳动教育模式,即开设1门实验室劳动教育实践课程,设置X个劳动实践项目,保障实践场地、师资队伍及评价改进等3个条件;该教育模式在江西某高校的具体实践表明,其不仅可有效培养大学生的劳动习惯、提升大学生的实践能力和综合素质,而且可拓展高校实验室的育人功能;最后对高校开展大学生实验室劳动教育提出了强化实验室劳动教育课程建设、创新劳动实践项目、加强师资培训和健全课程评价体系等有益建议。
In order to meet the divere needs of labor education practice in universities and expand labor practice venues through multiple channels,this paper starts from the necessity and feasibility study of carrying out labor education for college students in university laboratories.By analyzing the key elements of carrying out labor education for college students in university laboratories,a“1+X+3”labor education mode for college students’laboratories is proposed,which includes the establishment of one laboratory labor education practice course,the setting of X labor practice projects,the guarantee of practice venues,the faculty team,and the evaluation and improvement of three conditions;Through the specific practice of a university in Jiangxi Province,this educational mode not only effectively cultivates the labor habits of college students,promotes the improvement of their practical ability and comprehensive quality,but also expands the educational function of university laboratories.The paper also proposes some suggestions for universities to carry out laboratory labor education for college students,such as strengthening the construction of laboratory labor education courses,innovating labor practice projects,strengthening teacher training,and improving the curriculum evaluation system among college students.
