摘要
目的探讨中医个性化护理联合穴位按摩治疗产后缺乳的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月—2023年6月于上饶卫生学校附属医院妇产科生产的产后缺乳患者72例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各36例。根据中医辨证论治理念,试验组予中医人性化护理结合穴位按摩治疗,对照组予常规护理,均治疗5 d。观察两组患者初始泌乳时间、泌乳量及双侧乳房症状(胀痛、结块)情况。结果治疗后,试验组初始泌乳时间短于对照组,泌乳量高于对照组,乳房胀痛与乳房结块症状积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医个性化护理联合穴位按摩能显著改善产后乳汁分泌不足情况,缓解产妇乳房不适症状,优质、安全、有效,无不良作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of personalized nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of postpartum milk deficiency.Methods A total of 72 patients with postpartum lactation who gave birth in Shangrao Health School from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.According to the treatment idea of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation,the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine humanized nursing combined with acupressure treatment,and the control group was treated with routine nursing for 5 days.The initial lactation time,milk volume and symptoms of both breasts(swelling pain,caking)were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the initial lactation time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,the milk yield was higher than that of control group,and the scores of breast tenderness and breast caking symptoms were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage can significantly improve the lack of postpartum milk secretion,relieve the symptoms of maternal breast discomfort,high quality,safe and effective,no side effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
