摘要
针对幕墙加工的数字化转型需求,提出了一种基于BIM的智能加工解决方案。通过开发的Grasshopper插件,对BIM模型的特征识别并标记,使其通过基于PowerMill研发的自动转换程序生成CNC文件(机床执行文件),同时开发数据传输到各端口的管理系统(MES系统),实现了各个生产环节的数据透明以及无纸化传输;基于BIM的数字化智能加工流程相较于传统加工流程,加工效率得到了大幅提升,既保证了加工质量,又减少了材料损耗,为幕墙行业的数字化智能加工发展奠定了基础。
To meet the need for digital transformation in curtain wall processing,an intelligent machining solution based on BIM is proposed.The Grasshopper plug-in identifies and marks the features of BIM models,enabling the automatic conversion program developed by PowerMill to generate CNC files(machine tool execution files).Additionally,a management system(MES system)is developed to transmit data across various production stages,ensuring data transparency and paperless transfer.The BIM-based digital intelligent machining process greatly improves machining efficiency,ensures processing quality,and reduces material waste,laying the foundation for the development of digital intelligent machining in the curtain wall industry.
