摘要
为了查明云南省淡水螺广州管圆线虫感染情况和分布特点,从野外和农贸市场采集5种螺共4502份,取其肌肉用组织压片法镜检广州管圆线虫幼虫,再提取组织DNA,采用PCR扩增广州管圆线虫ITS基因。镜检发现,在福寿螺中发现广州管圆线虫第Ⅲ期幼虫;PCR扩增显示:5份样品为广州管圆线虫阳性,总阳性率为0.111%(5/4502);不同地区间,昆明市阳性率最高(0.231%,4/1734),德宏州(0.221%,1/453)次之;不同淡水螺种类中,福寿螺阳性率为0.192%(4/2081),环棱螺阳性率为0.160%(1/624),其余3种螺未检出;不同采样环境下,农贸市场阳性率为0.192%(4/2083),野外环境阳性率为0.041%(1/2419)。不同螺种类和采样环境感染率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究结果获悉了云南省部分淡水螺广州管圆线虫的感染情况,为云南省广州管圆线虫病的防控提供了重要基础数据。
In order to reveal the infection status and distribution characteristics of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in freshwater snails in Yunnan province,a total of 4502 samples of 5 species of snails were collected from field and farmers'markets.The larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis were examined by tissue compression slide method,and tissue DNA was extracted.PCR was used to amplify the ITS gene of Angiostrongylus cantonensis.Microscopic examination showed that stage III larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis were found in Pomacea canaliculata.PCR amplification showed that 5 samples were positive for Angiostrongylus cantonensis,the total positive rate was 0.111%(5/4502).Among different regions,the positive rate was highest in Kunming(0.231%,4/1734),followed by Dehong(0.221%,1/453).Among the different freshwater snail species,the positive rate of Pomacea canaliculata was 0.192%(4/2081),the positive rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Bellamya was 0.160%(1/624).However,Angiostrongylus cantonensis infection was not detected in the other 3 snail species.Under different sampling environments,the positive rate was 0.192%(4/2083)in the farmer's market and 0.041%(1/2419)in the field environment.The infection rates of different snail species and sampling environment were statistically significant(P<0.05).In this study,we revealed the infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in some freshwater snails in Yunnan province,which can provided important basic data for the prevention and control of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Yunnan province.
