摘要
目的探讨对ICU重症患者实施心理护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月到2023年6月该院ICU收治的80例重症患者,随机分为对照组(n=40,常规护理)与研究组(n=40,常规护理下实施心理护理),对比负性情绪评分、治疗时间、护理满意度。结果研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、视觉模拟量表(FAVS)评分均较低(P<0.05);研究组机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间、住院时间均较短;研究组护理满意度较高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU重症患者实施心理护理能够缓解负性情绪,提高患者配合度进而加快病情好转,患者护理满意度明显提升。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in ICU patients with severe illness.Methods A total of 80 critically ill patients admitted to ICU from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=40,routine nursing)and study group(n=40,psychological nursing under routine nursing)to compare negative emotion score,treatment time and nursing satisfaction.Results HAMA,HAMD and FAVS scores were lower in the study group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time,ICU treatment time and hospital stay were shorter in the study group.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for ICU patients can alleviate negative emotions,improve patients′cooperation and accelerate the improvement of their condition,and patients′nursing satisfaction can be significantly improved.
