基于数据智能传输的便携式水质快速检测仪研制

摘要 该研究以分光光度法为基础,研制了基于数据智能传输的小型化、智能化便携式水质快速检测仪及其配套检测试剂。该仪器实际尺寸为240 mm×92 mm×51 mm,设备重量仅为0.413 kg,兼顾体积和重量优势且可实现1000多万条检测数据的储存,大大提高了设备的便携性和野外实用性。经监测稳定性评价和实验室比对验证,该仪器在410~685 nm波长下,20 min内连续测定的吸光度稳定性为0~0.001 A,实测波长误差为-0.1~0.5 nm,波长重复性为0~0.5 nm,配套消解装置165℃下消解温度的平均误差为-0.2~-3.7℃,各检测项目实验室内相对标准偏差低于5.0%,实验室间相对标准偏差低于8.0%,加标回收率为89.7%~108%,检出限、精密度和准确度均符合检测标准要求,仪器性能稳定可靠。同时,通过改良试剂配方,开发了多种水质快速检测配套试剂,其化学反应活性高、反应时间短、抗干扰能力强,可有效实现对黑臭水体、海水、高硬度水体等各类复杂水质的快速准确测定。此外,利用数据智能传输构建的监测终端平台已实现对近20万条实测数据的深度分析,可快速识别水处理设施运行的异常情况,协助企业做出相关保障措施,实现快检数据由“管”到“用”,从“散”到“聚”的转变,突破了水质快速检测仪现场水质监测的使用局限。 Portable water quality rapid detection device has been widely used in water environment monitoring,and it plays an important role in the field of water quality pollutants detection in multiple scenes such as sudden environmental pollution events,watershed investigation and water quality process diagnosis.However,the current used portable water quality rapid detection device falls short of meeting the actual needs of on-site monitoring,necessitating the urgent development of novel technologies for expedited water quality assessment,and there is an urgent need to develop new technologies for water quality rapid detection.Leveraging spectrophotometry,this study devised a miniaturized,intelligent and portable water quality rapid detection device based on data intelligent transmission,along with its accompanying detection reagents.The actual size of the portable water quality rapid detection device was 240 mm×92 mm×51 mm,and the equipment weight is only 0.413 kg.It combined the advantages of volume and weight and could store more than 10 million detection data,greatly improving the portability and field practicality of the equipment.Following a thorough evaluation of the device's stability and verification through laboratory comparisons,results showed that the absorbance stability measured continuously within 20 minutes at a wavelength of 410-685 nm was 0-0.001 A,measured wavelength error was between-0.1 nm and 0.5 nm,wavelength repeatability was 0-0.5 nm.At the same time,the accompanying detection reagents of portable water quality rapid detection device had high chemical reaction activity,short reaction time and strong anti-interference ability by improving the reagent formula,which could effectively realize fast and accurate determination of various complex water quality such as black and smelly water,seawater and high hardness.Moreover,the digestion device demonstrated an average temperature deviation of-0.2℃to-3.7℃at 165℃.The relative standard deviation within the laboratory for each testing parameter was
