摘要
自研Li/Al-LDHs吸附剂在氯化物型盐湖应用中,相比其他4种商业吸附剂,其展现出更优的吸附容量、锂选择性。Li/Al-LDHs具有更高的孔容积和更大的比表面积,促进了锂离子的传质和吸附。在模拟盐湖卤水的吸、脱附实验中,Li/Al-LDHs吸附剂在锂离子交换容量达到2.4 g/L时,离子选择性Li^(+)/Mg^(2+)和Li^(+)/Na^(+)的选择性分别为0.35和12.45,均达到或超过了市场上现有的提锂吸附剂。经过20次吸附-脱附循环后,Li^(+)的交换容量仍能保持在1.7 g/L以上。综上所述,Li/Al-LDHs吸附剂显示出优异的吸附容量和较高的锂选择性,且吸附剂具有可重复使用性。
The self-developed Li/Al-LDHs adsorbent,when used in chloride-type salt lakes,showed superior adsorption capacity and lithium selectivity compared to four commercial adsorbents.Compared with other commercial lithium aluminum LDH adsorbents,Li/Al-LDHs possesses higher pore volume and larger specific surface area,which facilitates the mass transfer and adsorption of lithium ions.Its adsorption-desorption performance in simulating salt lake brine showed that the Li/Al-LDHs adsorbent achieved a lithium ion exchange capacity of 2.4 g/L,with selectivity coefficients for Li^(+)/Mg^(2+)and Li^(+)/Na^(+)at 0.35 and 12.45,respectively,matching or exceeding those of existing commercial lithium extraction adsorbents.After 20 adsorption-desorption cycles,the exchange capacity of Li+can still be maintained above 1.7 g/L.In conclusion,the Li/Al-LDHs adsorbent exhibits excellent adsorption capacity,high lithium selectivity,and a certain degree of reusability.
