摘要
目的探究中药外敷治疗软组织损伤对患者的有效性及安全性影响。方法非随机选取北京丰台医院骨关节科2022年1月—2023年12月收治的70例软组织损伤患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组采用中药洗剂,治疗组采用中药膏贴,对比两组症状评分、疼痛评分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组疼痛、肿胀、局部瘀斑、功能障碍、压痛症状评分分别为(1.26±0.30)分、(1.95±0.54)分、(1.78±0.39)分、(1.66±0.48)分、(0.89±0.46)分,均低于对照组的(2.67±0.56)分、(2.43±0.64)分、(2.21±0.26)分、(2.35±0.39)分、(1.42±0.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.130、3.391、5.427、6.600、4.020,P均<0.05)。治疗1、2个疗程后,治疗组患者的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药外敷治疗软组织损伤可缓解肿痛、活动受限等症状,减轻疼痛程度,且具有一定的安全性。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of Chinese medicine on soft tissue injury.Methods Seventy patients with soft tissue injury admitted to Orthopedics Department of Beijing Fengtai Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects and divided into control group and treatment group according to the different treatment methods,with thirty-five cases in each groups.The control group used Chinese medicine lotion,and the treatment group used Chinese medicine paste,the symptom score,pain score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,pain,swelling,local ecchymosis,dysfunction,and tenderness symptom scores of the treatment group were 1.26±0.30,1.95±0.54,1.78±0.39,1.66±0.48,0.89±0.46,respectively,lower than 2.67±0.56,2.43±0.64,2.21±0.26,2.35±0.39,1.42±0.63 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=13.130,33.391,5.427,6.600,4.020,all P<0.05).The pain scores of the patient of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after 1,2 courses of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was generally consistent,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion External treatment of soft tissue injury can relieve swelling,pain and limited movement,with some safety.
