摘要
目的:分析血液净化治疗患者正念水平现状及其影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2023年2月河南省直第三人民医院就诊并接受血液透析治疗的70例患者临床资料,收集患者的一般资料以及患者的正念水平得分情况,通过单因素方差分析以及多重线性回归分析影响血液净化治疗患者正念水平的因素。结果:患者正念水平得分处于中等偏下水平;单因素分析结果表明正念水平与患者性格、文化程度、家庭收入水平以及透析龄有关,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.773;F=5.677、3.312、5.808,P<0.05);多重线性回归分析结果表明患者性格、文化程度以及透析龄是影响血液净化治疗患者正念水平的因素,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.663、1.947、2.303、2.531,P<0.05)。结论:血液净化治疗患者的正念水平现状处于中等偏下水平。患者性格、文化程度以及透析龄是影响血液净化治疗患者正念水平的因素。
Objective:To analyze the current status and influencing factors of mindfulness levels in patients undergoing blood purification therapy.Methods:Retrospectively analyzing 70 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in the hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 as the research subjects.The general data of the patients and their mindfulness level were collected.Univariate analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of the mindfulness level of blood purification treatment patients.Results:The scores of mindfulness levels in patients undergoing blood purification treatment were lower than average.Univariate analysis showed that mindfulness levels were related to the patient's personality,education level,family income level,and dialysis age(t=2.773;F=5.677,3.312,5.808;P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the patient's personality,education level,and dialysis age were the influencing factors of the mindfulness level of blood purification treatment patients(t=2.663,1.947,2.303,2.531;P<0.05).Conclusion:The mindfulness level of patients undergoing blood purification treatment is currently at a lower than average level,and the patient's personality,education level,and dialysis age are the influencing factors of the mindfulness level of patients undergoing blood purification treatment.
