摘要
伴随社会的高速发展和新一代信息技术的普及,智慧园区的概念在愈发复杂的园区建设需求下,逐渐走入人们的视野。基于数字孪生、物联网、人工智能、云计算、大数据等新兴信息技术,根据工程建设领域的属性特征,融合创新形成智能建筑技术,并用以深度构建智能建筑及为园区智慧化夯实基础,从全生命周期(设计、施工、运维)的角度,全方位(高效、安全、舒适、可持续等)塑造智慧园区。
With the rapid development of society and the widespread adoption of new-generation information technology,the concept of smart parks has gradually entered people's vision under the increasingly complex demands of park construction.Based on emerging information technologies such as digital twins,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and big data,smart building technologies are integrated and innovated according to the characteristic features of the engineering construction field.These technologies are used to deeply construct intelligent buildings and solidify the foundation for park intelligence,and shape a smart park from the perspective of the entire life cycle(design,construction,operation and maintenance),and in all aspects(efficient,safe,comfortable,sustainable,etc.).
