摘要
临沂市以美丽移民村建设为抓手,大力开展大中型水库移民后期扶持工作,着力提升移民村基础设施,改善人居环境,促进库区产业转型升级,取得了阶段性成效,有效推动了乡村振兴战略实施。文章针对面临的问题和困难,提出从科学分类实施、拓宽资金来源、加强产业扶持、完善管护模式、探索数字赋能等方面加大美丽移民村建设力度,持续助力乡村振兴。
In Linyi Municipality,taking the construction of beautiful resettlement villages as the starting point,it carries out the post-support work to large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement,focusing on upgrading the infrastructure of resettlement villages,improving the living environment,and promoting the industrial transformation in reservoir area,which has achieved phased benefits effectively in terms of the rural revitalization strategy implementation.In view of the problems and difficulties,the paper proposes to strengthen the construction of beautiful resettlement villages from the aspects of scientific classification,expanding funding sources,strengthening industrial support,improving management and protection mode,and exploring digital empowerment,so as to support the rural revitalization continuously.
