一株沃尔安禽杆菌的分离鉴定及致病性研究

摘要 研究旨在对疑似发生传染性鼻炎的病鸡中分离的一株沃尔安禽杆菌进行生物学鉴定及协同致病性分析。研究通过对病料进行病原分离、革兰氏染色镜检、生化试验、药敏试验、16S rRNA测序等,并采用分离病原进行动物回归试验。结果显示:分离菌为沃尔安禽杆菌(Avibacterium volantium),其对头孢他啶、头孢氨苄、头孢吡肟、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、大观霉素、氨苄西林、磺胺嘧啶敏感,而对诺氟沙星、环丙沙星和哌拉西林耐药,并且该分离菌对SPF鸡致病性弱。综上所述,试验分离到一株沃尔安禽杆菌,该分离菌单独接种SPF鸡不引起任何临床症状,与副鸡禽杆菌混合感染不会加重鸡传染性鼻炎症状。 The study was aimed to biologically characterize a strain of Avibacterium volantium isolated from diseased chickens suspected of developing infectious coryza and its synergistical pathogenicity.Isolation,Gram staining microscopy,biochemical tests,drug sensitivity tests,16S rRNA sequencing and animal regression test of the pathgen were performed in this study.The results showed that the isolated strain was Avibacterium volantium,which was susceptible to ceftazidime,cephalexin,cefepime,gentamicin,kanamycin,macrolide,ampicillin,sulfadiazine and had obvious resistance to norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin and piperacillin;the isolate had weak pathogenicity in SPF chicken.In summary,a strain of Avibacterium volantiumthe was isolated in this experiment,which did not cause any clinical symptoms in SPF chicken with it alone,mixed infection with Avibacterium paragallinarum could not worsen the symptoms of infectious coryza in chicken.
