邯宝高炉提产增效实践

摘要 1号高炉严格把控原料外焦品种和质量,减少外焦品种变化对高炉顺行的影响,并严格控制槽下备料速度,减少粉料入炉恶化透气性。在风温受到设备因素影响时,调整加湿量以及焦炭负荷,从而控制高炉理论燃烧温度在合适的区间内,保证高炉稳定顺行。严格按照标准对炉前设备进行“三点检”,量化炉外出铁量及时排净渣铁。对炉腹煤气量与透气阻力系数进行有效控制,稳定炉况。优化料制,采用“平台+漏斗”布料模式调整煤气流分布,燃料比由530 kg/t降至510 kg/t,煤比由125 kg/t提至140 kg/t,进一步降低了生铁成本。 The No.1 blast furnace strictly controls the variety and quality of raw material coke,reduces the impact of the change of coke variety on the blast furnace anterograde,and secondly,strictly controls the preparation speed under the tank to reduce the deterioration of the air permeability of powder into the furnace.When the wind temperature is affected by equipment factors,the humidification capacity and coke load are adjusted to control the theoretical combustion temperature of the blast furnace and ensure the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace within a suitable range.Carry out"three-point inspection"on the equipment in front of the furnace in strict accordance with the safety standards,quantify the amount of iron out of the furnace,and discharge the slag iron in time.Strengthen the effective control of the gas volume and permeability resistance coefficient of the furnace belly to stabilize the furnace condition.The fuel ratio was reduced from 530 kg/t to 510 kg/t,and the coal ratio was increased from 125 kg/t to 140 kg/t,further reducing the cost of pig iron.
