摘要
互联网时代背景下,消费者的需求日益多样化,传统单一业态的实体门店难以满足市场需求,多业态智慧门店作为新型实体零售模式应运而生。本文分析了多业态智慧门店的概念特征和发展现状,探讨了其面临的挑战,并提出了优化发展模式的四大策略:优化业态组合、提高数字化运营能力、完善服务体验和强化生态链整合。本文还研究了优化策略的具体实施方法,以满足消费者的多元化需求,推动零售业的高质量发展。
Under the background of the Internet era,consumer demand is increasingly diversified,and traditional single-format physical stores are difficult to meet the market demand.Multi-format smart stores emerge as a new physical retail model.This paper analyzes the concept characteristics and development status of multi-format smart stores,discusses the challenges it faces,and puts forward four strategies to optimize the development mode:optimize the portfolio of formats,improve the digital operation capability,improve the service experience and strengthen the integration of the ecological chain.This paper also examines the specific implementation methods of optimization strategies to meet the diversified needs of consumers and promote the high-quality development of the retail industry.
