外源氮磷输入对泥炭地DOM结构复杂性的影响

Effects of exogenous nitrogen and phosphorus additions on DOM structural complexityin peatlands

摘要 通过对兴凯湖长期N、P添加平台设置不同浓度的处理,分析DOM的浓度和光谱学特征,来探究外源N、P及其交互效应对泥炭地DOM结构复杂性的影响.研究结果表明,外源N、P输入没有显著改变DOM的浓度,但DOM的芳香化程度在高氮(N_((2)))、低磷(P_((1)))以及NP交互效应下显著提高了58.5%~82.9%.此外,高磷(P_((2)))和低氮高磷(N_((1))P_((2)))处理增加了DOM的内源输入.DOM的荧光组分主要以类腐殖质物质和类蛋白质物质为主,单独N、P处理提高了类蛋白质含量,而NP交互效应增加了类腐殖质含量.这些结果表明外源N、P输入会通过刺激植物生长以及促进微生物活性来增加DOM的结构复杂性. This study investigated the impact of exogenous N and P additions and their interactions on DOM,focusing on its concentrations and structural complexity by analyzing their spectroscopic characteristics in the long-term N,P additions platform in the boreal peatlands.The results indicated that exogenous N and P additions did not significantly alter DOM concentration,but a significant increase in DOM aromatization,from 58.5%to 82.9%,under high nitrogen (N_((2))),low phosphorus (P_((1))),and combined N-P treatments.Additionally,the endogenous input of DOM was amplified in treatments with high phosphorus (P_((2))) and low nitrogen combined with high phosphorus (N_((1))P_((2))).Fluorescence analysis indicated that DOM primarily consisted of humic-like and protein-like substances.Individual N or P treatments were found to enhance the content of protein-like substances,whereas NP interactions predominantly increased the humic-like content.These results suggest that exogenous N and P additions increase the structural complexity of DOM by promoting plant growth and enhancing microbial activity in boreal peatlands.
