摘要
新时代,医用耗材管控是公立医院做实精细化管理的重点与难点。内部控制作为公立医院防范和化解风险的重要手段,如何借助新技术对现有内部控制进行信息化建设是提升内部管理效率和满足外部监管要求的必要选择。本文梳理公立医院耗材管理内部控制现状及不足后,提出各环节内部控制信息化建设方向,以期为公立医院未来内部控制信息化建设提供依据和参考。
In the new era,the management and control of medical consumables is the key and difficult point for public hospitals to implement meticulous management.Internal control is an important means to prevent and resolve risks in public hospitals.How to build the existing internal control information with the help of new technologies is a necessary choice to improve the efficiency of internal management and meet the requirements of external supervision.After sorting out the current situation and shortcomings of internal control of consumables management in public hospitals,this paper puts forward the direction of internal control informatization construction in all aspects,in order to provide basis and reference for the future internal control informatization construction of public hospitals.
