摘要
心肌细胞凋亡是心血管疾病中的一个重要病理变化,对心血管疾病的发展有着重要的影响。线粒体在心肌细胞中数量众多,不仅是心肌细胞能量代谢的主要场所,为心脏的正常生命活动提供大量的能量,而且也是细胞内源性凋亡中心,与心肌细胞凋亡密切相关。在心血管疾病中,线粒体功能障碍、形态改变会导致心肌细胞凋亡加重。通过调节线粒体质量控制可以维持受损细胞内线粒体稳态,发挥线粒体功能,从而抑制心肌细胞凋亡,减缓心血管疾病的进程。中医药在治疗心血管疾病方面可以通过多途径、多靶点调节线粒体质量控制,抑制心肌细胞凋亡。线粒体生物发生、线粒体动力学和线粒体自噬是线粒体质量控制的三个重要组成部分,从这三个方面阐述线粒体质量控制对心肌细胞凋亡的影响,并整理和归纳中医药通过调节线粒体质量控制对心肌细胞凋亡的抑制,以期阐明中医药发挥功效的作用机制,为中医药治疗心血管疾病提供新的思路和一定的理论依据。
Cardiomyocyte apoptosis is an important pathological change in cardiovascular diseases and has an important im-pact on the development of cardiovascular diseases.Mitochondria are abundant in cardiomyocytes,which are not only the main places of energy metabolism of cardiomyocytes,but also provide a lot of energy for the normal life activities of the heart.It is also the center of endogenous apoptosis,which is closely related to myocardial apoptosis.In cardiovascular diseases,mitochondrial dysfunction and morphological changes can lead to increased apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.The regulation of mitochondrial quality control can maintain mitochondrial homeostasis in damaged cells,exert mitochondrial function,inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis and slow down the process of cardiovascular disease.In the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,traditional Chinese medicine can reg-ulate mitochondrial quality control and inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis through multiple approaches and targets.Mitochondrial bi-ogenesis,mitochondrial dynamics and mitochondrial autophagy are three important components of mitochondrial quality control.This paper elaborated the influence of mitochondrial quality control on cardiomyocyte apoptosis from these three aspects and sum-marized the inhibition of cardiomyocyte apoptosis by traditional Chinese medicine through regulating mitochondrial quality con-trol,in order to clarify the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and provide new ideas and theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cardiovascular diseases possibly.
