摘要
目前我国智能流量计算机在气体计量结算仍以传统的分专业模式搭建为主,计量系统包括了传感器、网络通讯、数据库等由多家供应商各自独立建设管理,导致了多种工业异构网络互联障碍以及信息壁垒,网络协同制造和智能制造创新不足、核心技术对生产支撑能力不够、贸易结算时误差大等问题。开发一套通用性气体测量的智能流量计算机系统,实现计量的智能化一体化、实时数据处理的结合、自适应调整和优化、安全性和隐私保护。
At present,the intelligent flow computers in China are still built mainly by traditional specialized modes in gas metering and billing.The metering system includes sensors,network communication,database,etc.,which are independently constructed and managed by multiple suppliers.This leds to interconnection obstacles and information barriers among various industrial heterogeneous networks,resulting in poor system integration,low coordination among systems,high cost,insufficient innovation in network collaborative manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing,insufficient support of core technologies for production,large errors in trade settlement,etc.The stability of flow computers directly affects the accuracy of gas flow metering results and the economic interests of both supply and demand sides.To address these issues,we aim to develop a general-purpose intelligent flowmeter system for gas measurement,which can be used for monitoring production data and trade settlement of special gases and liquids.This system achieves the integration of intelligent flow computers,real-time data processing,adaptive adjustment and optimization,security and privacy protection,wider application fields,and sustainable development.
