摘要
为改进传统光照理疗仪的使用功能局限,治疗模式单一等不足,设计一种基于双单片机的多功能的高稳定性的创面光疗仪控制系统。整个系统以ARM Cortex-M4内核的微处理器进行主控制器设计,主要用作与人机交互模块通讯,而STC32G12K128单片机主要负责接收来自主控制器的命令进而驱动温控模块、照射模块、创面冲洗消毒模块。软件中的触控屏部分基于CodeBlocks开发环境编写程序,实现STM32与RGB电容触控屏通讯;由STC单片机控制的硬件模块程序基于Keil5开发平台采用C语言编写。经实验测试表明,该系统在光疗和创面冲洗消毒2种不同功能和3种理疗模式下都能够有效运行,控制精准,输出稳定,满足个性化治疗需求。
In order to improve the use of traditional light physiotherapy instrument functional limitations,treatment mode single and other shortcomings,a multi-functional high stability trauma phototherapy instrument control system based on dual microcontroller is designed.The whole system is designed with an ARM Cortex-M4 core microprocessor as the main controller,which is mainly used to communicate with the human-computer interaction module,while the STC32G12K128 microcontroller is mainly responsible for receiving the commands from the main controller to drive the temperature control module,irradiation module,and traumatic rinsing and disinfection module.The touch screen part of the software is based on CodeBlocks development environment to write programs to realize the communication between STM32 and RGB capacitive touch screen,the hardware module program controlled by STC microcontroller is based on Keil5 development platform and written in C language.The experimental test shows that the system is able to run effectively under two different functions of phototherapy and wound rinsing and disinfection and three physical therapy modes,with precise control and stable output to meet the demand of personalized treatment.
