摘要
本文针对振动台运行过程中受干扰信号作用而无法正常运行的问题,提出在振动控制仪与功率放大器之间,增设隔离变压器和调低功率放大器增益的方式,从而实现整个频带内振动曲线平稳无中断,确保振动试验达到指定量级。试验表明:该放大器可使曲线在低能量级时超过报警上限值,但不会未超过中断上限,试验能正常运行;该变压器可使振动曲线在任何能量级振动时均为正常,两种方法具有可靠性。
Aiming at the problem that the vibration table cannot run normally due to the effect of interference signals, this paper puts forward a way to add an isolating transformer and reduce the gain of the power amplifier between the vibration controller and the power amplifier, so as to realize the vibration curve in the whole frequency band without interruption and ensure that the vibration test reaches the specified level.The test shows that the amplifier can make the curve exceed the upper alarm limit at the low energy level, but not exceed the upper interrupt limit, and the test can run normally.The transformer can make the vibration curve normal at any energy level vibration, and the two methods are reliable.
