摘要
采用钒钼酸铵分光光度法进行有机肥中磷含量的测定,并对有机肥中磷含量进行不确定度评定。根据NY/T525—2012标准分析了有机肥中磷含量的关键测试步骤是样品溶液制备、标准物质、试样重复性实验、仪器测定,对此分别进行不确定度评定,最终合成相对标准不确定度。结果表明,有机肥中磷含量测定结果为X=2.12%±0.031%,k=2。
Using the ammonium metavanadate-molybdate spectrophotometric method to determine the phosphorus content in organic fertilizers,uncertainty evaluation was conducted for the phosphorus content in organic fertilizers.According to the NY/T 525-2012standard,key test steps for analyzing phosphorus content in organic fertilizers include preparation of sample solutions,use of standard substances,replicate experiments on samples,and instrument measurement.Uncertainty evaluations were performed separately for these steps,and the combined relative standard uncertainty was determined.The results show that the phosphorus content in organic fertilizers is X =(2.12 ± 0.031)% with a coverage factor k = 2.
