摘要
随着新能源的发展,尤其在电动汽车领域,对锂离子电池的安全,循环寿命及能量密度等要求越来越高,同时也对锂离子电池的研发提出了更高的要求。锂离子电池的化成分容是研发过程中关键的一环,对于各种研发试制的锂离子电池,化成分容工艺分析是提升电池性能的重要步骤。同时,设备能力的提升,可以满足多种锂离子电池的要求。目前市场上存在的化成分容设备控制精度低,且成本较高、设备单一,无法满足多种锂离子研发试制需求。针对以上问题,在化成分容工艺分析基础上,文章提出了兼容多种锂离子电池的设备,该设备主要由电源柜、结构柜、高温箱、通信网络、电脑上位机及软件、二维码追溯等组成。
With the development of new energy,especially in the fi eld of electric vehicles,higher requirements are being placed on the safety,cycle life,and energy density of lithium-ion batteries.At the same time,higher requirements are also being put forward for the research and development of lithium-ion batteries.The composition and capacitance analysis of lithium-ion batteries is a crucial step in the research and development process.For various lithiumion batteries developed and tested,the analysis of the composition and capacitance process is an important step in improving battery performance.Meanwhile,the improvement of equipment capabilities can meet the requirements of various lithium-ion batteries.At present,the control accuracy of the chemical composition and separation equipment in the market is low,and the cost is high.The equipment is single,which cannot meet the needs of various lithium-ion research and development trials.Based on the analysis of the chemical composition and capacitance process,this article proposes a device that is compatible with various lithium-ion batteries.The device mainly consists of a power cabinet,a structural cabinet,a high-temperature box,a communication network,a computer upper computer and software,and QR code traceability.
