黄河流域城市科技创新与绿色发展的耦合协调研究

摘要 科技创新和绿色发展是中国式现代化经济体系建设和高质量发展的重要内容。文章以黄河流域80个城市为研究对象,构建了科技创新与绿色发展的评价指标体系,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型和Dagum基尼系数法,测度并分析其科技创新与绿色发展的耦合协调关系及其区域差异。结果表明:(1)2010—2021年黄河流域科技创新与绿色发展水平整体呈现缓慢增长的态势,科技创新发展能力和绿色发展能力得以提升;黄河流域科技创新发展水平异质性明显,呈现块状分布格局,表现为黄河下游地区>黄河中游地区>黄河上游地区;绿色发展水平同样存在空间分异格局,整体呈现高水平地市数量不断增加、低水平地市数量不断较少的态势。(2)2010—2021年黄河流域科技创新与绿色发展耦合度、耦合协调度和相对发展度变化一致,均呈现“W”型走势;耦合度类型空间异质性明显,高水平耦合阶段是黄河流域科技创新与绿色发展耦合的主要阶段;耦合协调度总体以初级协调为主,主要以省会城市以及沿海城市为核心点状分布;相对发展度整体呈现绿色发展滞后型地市逐渐减少、科技创新滞后型地市逐渐增加、同步发展型地市减少的变化趋势。(3)Dagum基尼系数分析结果表明,样本期内黄河流域科技创新与绿色发展耦合协调度的总体差异呈逐步缩小态势。地区内差异中,黄河流域上游地区的基尼系数远高于中、下游地区,黄河下游地区内部差异最小;地区间差异中,黄河上游—下游地区间的基尼系数最大,黄河下游—中游之间差异最小;差异来源及贡献中,地区间差异贡献最大,成为造成全流域耦合协调度总体差异的主要原因。 Scientific and technological innovation and green development are important contents of construction of Chinese modern economic system and high-quality development.This paper takes cities in the Yellow River Basin as research objects,establishes an evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation and green development,and uses entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and Dagum Gini coefficient method to clarify the coupling coordination relationship and regional differences between scientific and technological innovation and green development.The results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2021,the overall level of scientific and technological innovation and green development in the Yellow River Basin showed a slow growth trend,and the ability of scientific and technological innovation and green development was improved;The development level of science and technology innovation in the Yellow River basin is obviously heterogeneous,showing a blocky distribution pattern,which is represented by the lower Yellow River region,the middle Yellow River region,and the upper Yellow River region.The level of green development also has a spatial differentiation pattern,with the overall trend of increasing the number of high-level cities and decreasing the number of low-level cities.(2)The changes of coupling degree,coupling coordination degree and relative development degree of scientific and technological innovation and green development in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2021 are consistent,showing a“W”shaped trend;The spatial heterogeneity of coupling degree is obvious,and the high level coupling stage is the main stage of the coupling between scientific and technological innovation and green development in the Yellow River Basin.The overall coupling coordination degree is primarily at the primary coordination level,mainly with provincial capitals and coastal cities as the core points of distribution;As a whole,the relative development degree shows a trend of gradual decrease in cities with lagging
