纳氏试剂分光光度法测定医疗废水氨氮的研究

摘要 分别选择早晨、中午、下午3个时间点对附属医院的医疗出水水样进行采样并进行氨氮测定,测定结果均值依次为7.22、7.72、7.74 mg·L^(-1),STD依次为0.006、0.015、0.012,RSD依次为0.008、0.019、0.016,具有统计学意义,且该实验结果基本符合《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB18466—2005)的氨氮排放标准。对比3个时间段的测定结果,发现早晨医疗出水的氨氮质量浓度略低,中午与下午医疗出水的氨氮质量浓度近似相当,这是因为医院的医疗出水口氨氮质量浓度是动态变化的,其受气温影响。当地疾控中心需要每周定点定时对医疗机构污水采样进行检测氨氮排放是否达标,防止对居民的生活环境造成二次污染。 In this experiment,three points in the morning,noon and afternoon were selected to sample the medical effluent water samples of the affiliated hospital,and the ammonia nitrogen was measured.The STD values were 0.006,0.015,0.012,and the RSD values were 0.008,0.019,0.016,which were statistically significant,and the experimental results were basically in line with the ammonia nitrogen emission standard in Discharge standard of water pollutants for medical organization(GB 18466—2005).Comparing the measurement results of the three time periods,it was found that the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the medical effluent in the morning was slightly lower,and the mass concentrations of ammonia nitrogen in the medical effluent at noon and afternoon were approximately the same.This was because the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the medical outlet of the hospital was dynamic,which was affected by the temperature.The local disease control center needs to regularly sample sewage from medical institutions every week to test whether the discharge of ammonia nitrogen meet the standard,so as to prevent secondary pollution to the living environment of residents.
