微胶囊自修复水泥基材料低温性能研究

摘要 采用环氧树脂(E-51)和膨胀硅酸盐水泥为芯材、乙基纤维素为壁材,利用物理法制备自修复微胶囊。探究不同掺量下微胶囊对水泥基体强度的影响;研究水泥砂浆在不同修复龄期及温度下的自修复性能;实验结果表明:随着微胶囊掺量的增加,水泥砂浆抗压抗折强度均呈降低趋势。在早期修复龄期下,低温下的强度修复率低于常温环境下。3%掺量微胶囊在低温环境下有较好修复效果。 Self-healing microcapsules were prepared by physical method using epoxy resin(E-51),expanded portland cement as core material and ethyl cellulose as wall material.The influence of microcapsules on the strength of cement matrix under different dosage was studied.The self-healing properties of cement mortar at different repair ages and temperatures were studied.The test results showed that the compressive and flexural strength of cement mortar decreased with the increase of microcapsule content.In the early repair age,the strength repair rate at low temperature was lower than that at normal temperature.The sample with 3%microcapsule had good repair effect in low temperature environment.
