CT引导下脉冲射频联合臭氧注射治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of CT-Guided Pulsed Radiofrequency Combined with Ozone Injection in Treating Postherpetic Neuralgia

摘要 目的探讨应用电子计算机断层扫描(CT)引导下脉冲射频联合臭氧注射治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年9月南阳市中心医院收入的带状疱疹患者72例进行回顾性分析,根据病程持续时间不同分为三组,急性组(≤30 d)、亚急性组(31~90 d)及带状疱疹后神经痛组(>90 d),各24例,比较三组患者治疗后疼痛程度、睡眠质量、注射药物补救状况及不良反应。结果三组患者治疗前疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者经治疗后疼痛评分均降低,急性组与亚急性组患者治疗后1、3、6个月疼痛评分均低于带状疱疹后神经痛组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而急性组与亚急性组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗前睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组患者经治疗后睡眠质量评分均降低,急性组与亚急性组患者治疗后1、3、6个月睡眠质量均低于带状疱疹后神经痛组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而急性组与亚急性组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。急性组、亚急性组注射药物补救状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),带状疱疹后神经痛组注射药物补救状况均高于急性组、亚急性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者均未出现不良反应。结论经CT引导脉冲射频联合臭氧注射用于治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛,效果显著,且早期采用脉冲射频和臭氧注射联合治疗,能够获得更加显著的临床疗效,具有良好的临床应用前景。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of CT-guided pulsed radiofrequency combined with ozone injection for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia associated with herpes zoster.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 72 patients with herpes zoster treated at Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023.Patients were divided into three groups based on the duration of their condition:acute group(≤30 days),subacute group(31-90 days),and postherpetic neuralgia group(>90 days),with 24 patients in each group.Pain levels,sleep quality,rescue medication requirements,and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups after treatment.Results There were no statistically significant differences in pain scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,pain scores decreased in all groups,with the acute and subacute groups showing significantly lower pain scores at 1,3,and 6 months compared to the postherpetic neuralgia group(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences between the acute and subacute groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in sleep quality scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,sleep quality scores decreased in all groups,with the acute and subacute groups having significantly lower sleep quality scores at 1,3,and 6 months compared to the postherpetic neuralgia group(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed between the acute and subacute groups(P>0.05).The requirement for rescue medication in the acute and subacute groups showed no significant differences(P>0.05),but the postherpetic neuralgia group had a higher need for rescue medication than the acute and subacute groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in any of the groups.Conclusion CT-guided pulsed radiofrequency combined with ozone injection is an effective treatment for postherpetic neuralgia associated with herpes zoster.Early application of this combined treatment can achieve more signi
