摘要
目的探讨内镜下套扎联合硬化剂注射对内痔患者术后恢复及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2023年1月赣州市南康区第一人民医院收治的59例内痔患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为传统组(n=29)与联合组(n=30)。两组术前均给予常规干预,传统组行内镜下套扎治疗,联合组在传统组基础上联合硬化剂注射治疗,比较两组临床疗效、围手术期指标、术后恢复情况、术后1周创面出血情况及术后并发症发生率。结果联合组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于传统组的68.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组手术时间、住院时间均短于传统组,术中出血量少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组肛门水肿及疼痛肿胀程度均优于传统组,痊愈时间短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后1周创面出血情况比较差异无统计学意义;联合组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于传统组的27.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下套扎联合硬化剂注射治疗内痔效果确切,可缓解患者术后肛周疼痛不适,缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少创面出血,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic ligation combined with sclerotherapy injection on postoperative recovery and complications in patients with internal hemorrhoids.Methods 59 patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted to The First People's Hospital of Ganzhou City Nankang District from October 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the traditional group(n=29)and the combined group(n=30)according to random number table method.Both groups were given routine intervention before surgery,the traditional group was treated with endoscopic ligation,and the combined group was treated with sclerotherapy injection on the basis of the traditional group.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes,postoperative recovery,wound bleeding in the first week after surgery and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was 93.33%,which was higher than 68.97%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time and hospitalization time in the combined group were shorter than those in the traditional group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the degree of anal edema and pain swelling in the combined group were better than those in the traditional group,and the recovery time was shorter than that in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the situation of wound bleeding 1 week after operation between the two groups;the incidence of complications in the combined group was 3.33%,which was lower than 27.58%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic ligation combined with sclerotherapy injection is effective in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,which can alleviate postoperative perianal pain and discomfo
