车辆动力作用对拓宽桥现浇混凝土拼接缝的不利影响及控制对策

摘要 移动车辆动力作用是对拓宽桥现浇混凝土拼接缝性能产生不利影响的重要因素。考虑汽车与桥梁动力相互作用特征,开展拓宽桥梁拼接缝施工过程合理控制对策研究十分必要。首先分析了交通荷载引起的振动对拓宽桥现浇拼接缝混凝土的影响机理,依据相关试验研究成果,提出了竖向相对变形和振动速度的控制指标。以标准跨径常用装配式混凝土梁桥为对象,依据已开展的考虑多因素影响车桥耦合振动分析大样本数据统计研究结果,提出一种交通管制与分段浇筑施工相结合的综合控制措施设计方法。工程实例分析表明,该方法具有很好的工程适用性和控制效果。 The dynamic action of moving vehicles is an important factor that adversely affects the performance of concrete stitch of the widening bridges.Considering the characteristics of dynamic interaction between cars and bridges,it is necessary to carry out research on reasonable control measures to widen bridges.Firstly,the influence mechanism of vibration caused by traffic load on widening bridge splice joints was analyzed.According to related experimental research results,the control indexes of vertical relative deformation and vibration speed were proposed.For standard span concrete bridges,based on the statistical results of large sample data of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis,a comprehensive control measure design method combining traffic control and piecewise pouring construction was proposed.The analysis of engineering examples shows that the method has good engineering applicability and control effect.
