摘要
综述了纤维增强聚氨酯板的制备方法和性能,以及在建筑外墙中的应用研究进展。聚氨酯泡沫在制备过程中加入纤维可以提高力学性能,从而可以制备轻质低成本的聚氨酯板。在硬质聚氨酯泡沫颗粒与玻璃纤维混合过程中,磷系阻燃剂混合物与阻燃玻璃纤维混合物于模具中分层铺展,得到外墙保温用阻燃聚氨酯隔热芯。聚氨酯在岩棉板与铝板之间进行发泡得到分层式聚氨酯岩棉保温防火一体夹芯板,可用于建筑物墙体建造。由玻璃纤维增强硬质聚氨酯泡沫和氧化镁板组成的预制墙板可用于建筑物的复合墙体。
The manufacturing processes and properties of fiber-reinforced polyurethane sheets are reviewed as well as the research progress on their application in building exterior walls.The addition of fiber in the preparation of polyurethane foam can improve its mechanical properties,so that lightweight and low-cost polyurethane sheets can be prepared.Phosphorus-based flame retardants mixtures and flame retardant glass fibers are layered and spread in the mold during the mixing process of polyurethane rigid foam particles and glass fibers to obtain flame retardant polyurethane insulation core for external wall insulation.Polyurethane is foamed between rock wool board and aluminum plate to obtain layered polyurethane rock wool insulation and fireproof integrated sandwich panel,which can be used for building wall construction.The prefabricated wallboard composed of glass fiber reinforced rigid polyurethane foam and magnesium oxide board can be used for the composite wall of buildings.
