摘要
高压隔离开关在变电站中用量较多,其运行状态对电网安全稳定运行影响较大,但由于高压隔离开关长期暴露于户外环境,容易出现各种机械缺陷。文中提出一种基于电机输出功率的隔离开关机械故障检测技术,通过检测隔离开关动作过程中电机的电压与电流,获得电机输入功率,进一步减去在电机内部传递过程中的功率损耗,得到电机输出功率,可以有效避免电机功率损耗对测试结果的影响。针对电力系统中常用4种110 kV及以上电压等级的隔离开关典型波形进行分析,明确各段波形波峰波谷的位置及对应机械状态,为后续机械故障诊断提供指导,并经现场测试验证了其有效性。
High voltage disconnector is widely used in substation,and its operation status has a great impact on safe and stable operation of power grid.However,it is likely to occur various mechanical defects due to long term expo⁃sure to the outdoor environment.In this paper,a kind of mechanical fault detection technology of disconnector based on output power of motor is proposed.The input power of the motor is obtained by detecting the voltage and current of the motor during the operation of the disconnector.The output power of the motor is obtained by subtracting the pow⁃er loss during internal transmission of the motor,which can effectively avoid the influence of the motor power loss on the test results.The typical waveform of four kinds of disconnectors at 110 kV and above,which are commonly used in power system,are analyzed to confirm the positions of waveform peaks and troughs and corresponding mechanical states of each section,provide guidance for subsequent mechanical fault diagnosis and its effectiveness is verified by field test.
