双螺旋视角下人工智能赋能智库研究的内在逻辑与实现路径

摘要 随着人工智能技术的快速发展,智库研究正面临转型升级的挑战与机遇。文章基于智库双螺旋理论,探讨了AI技术赋能智库研究的内在逻辑与实现路径。研究指出,智库在数据驾驭、知识更新、方法论创新等方面遭遇瓶颈,而AI技术的应用为解决这些问题提供了新思路。文章通过跨学科研究方法,分析了AI技术在智库研究中的理论价值与实践应用,展示了其在提升研究效率、拓宽研究视野、增强决策支持精准度方面的显著优势。AI技术与智库双螺旋理论的结合,不仅能够推动智库研究的科学化、系统化发展,还能够促进智库在新时代背景下的高质量发展,为国家治理现代化提供强有力的知识支撑和决策参考。 With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,think tank research is facing challenges and opportunities for transformation and upgrading.The article is based on the think tank double helix theory and explores the internal logic and implementation path of AI technology empowering think tank research.Research has pointed out that think tanks are facing bottlenecks in data management,knowledge updating,and methodological innovation,and the application of AI technology provides new ideas for solving these problems.Through interdisciplinary research methods,the theoretical value and practical application of AI technology in think tank research were analyzed,demonstrating its significant advantages in improving research efficiency,expanding research perspectives,and enhancing decision support accuracy.The combination of AI technology and the double helix theory of think tanks can not only promote the scientific and systematic development of think tank research,but also promote the high-quality development of think tanks in the context of the new era,providing strong knowledge support and decision-making references for the modernization of national governance.
