摘要
利用2011—2021年中国沪深A股152家可再生能源企业的非平衡面板数据,采用熵值法将可再生能源企业的财务绩效以及创新绩效指标合成为一个综合指标,以该指标衡量可再生能源企业层面的能源转型绩效,实证检验了金融科技对企业层面能源转型绩效的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明,金融科技的发展通过缓解企业融资约束、降低企业委托代理成本提升了企业能源转型绩效,这种提升作用在中小规模、非国有、东部地区、高市场竞争度企业样本中表现得更为明显。在“双碳”目标背景下,中国应不断推进金融科技发展,推动金融为可再生能源行业注入更多发展动力,从而促进可再生能源企业的创新发展。
Based on the unbalanced panel data of 152 renewable energy enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2011 to 2021,this study uses the entropy method to synthesize financial performance and innova‐tion performance indicators of renewable energy enterprises into a comprehensive index for measuring energy tran‐sition performance at the enterprise level.This study empirically examines the impact and mechanism of fintech on enterprise-level energy transition performance.The findings indicate that fintech development has enhanced enter‐prise energy transition performance by alleviating financing constraints and reducing agency costs,particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises,non-state-owned enterprises,eastern regions,and highly competitive market environments.In light of China’s“Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Goals”,continuous promotion of fintech de‐velopment is recommended to bolster finance support for the renewable energy industry and drive innovative growth for renewable energy enterprises.
