摘要
目的探讨单钢板内固定手术联合骨康胶囊治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1月—2022年11月上海市嘉定区中医医院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者64例,随机分为2组,对照组32例为单钢板内固定手术治疗,观察组32例为单钢板内固定手术联合骨康胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗后疼痛评分(VAS)、骨代谢指标、膝关节功能评分(HSS)、生活质量。结果术后2周、术后4周观察组疼痛缓解明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后4周,观察组骨钙素(BGP)、骨保护素(OPG)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1年观察组膝关节功能恢复优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组在精神健康、社会功能、情感职能等生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单钢板固定联合骨康胶囊治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效满意,能减轻术后疼痛,促进骨折愈合,改善膝关节功能,提高生活质量,有一定的推广意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral plate internal fixation combined with Gukang capsule in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods Sixty-four cases of tibial plateau fracture from January 2019 to November 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 32 cases was treated with unilateral plate internal fixation,and the observation group of 32 cases was treated with unilateral plate internal fixation combined with Gukang capsule.The pain score,Bone Metabolism Index,knee function recovery and quality of life index were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After 2 and 4 weeks after surgery,the pain relief in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of osteocalcin(BGP)and osteopultin(OPG)in the observation group at 4 weeks after surgery were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the functional recovery of knee joint in the observation group at 1 year after surgery was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of mental health,social function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusionreasonable selection of unilateral plate fixation combined with Gukang capsule for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has a satisfactory effect,which can reduce postoperative pain,promote fracture healing,improve knee function and improve quality of life,and it has certain promotion significance.
