摘要
“松绑”放权成就了福建和全国经济体制改革的一段佳话,蕴含着敢为人先、勇于担当的精神。“松绑”放权的本质内涵包括破除体制机制障碍、激发市场主体活力、打造良好营商环境,其在改进国有企业经营管理、促进经济体制改革、催化企业家精神培育等方面作出了重要历史贡献。在新时代新征程上,我们要继续发扬“松绑”放权的宝贵经验,坚持党的领导和尊重人民首创精神相结合,坚持社会主义市场经济体制改革方向,持续推进政府职能转变,不断谱写高质量发展和中国式现代化的新篇章。
“Untying”and delegating(UAD)have made a great story of economic system reform in Fujian Province and the whole country,and embodied the spirit of daring to take the leadand to take on responsibilities.The essential connotation of UAD includes breaking down institutional barriers,stimulating the vitality of market playersand creating a good business environment,which has made an important historical contribution to improving the operation and management of state-owned enterprises,facilitating the reform of the economic system and catalyzing the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit,etc.In the newnew journeyin the new era,we should continue to carry forward the valuable experience of UAD,insist on the combination of Party leadership and respecting people's initiative,adhere to the direction of socialist market economy system reform,and continue to promote the transformation of government functions,so as to continuously write a new chapter of high-quality development and Chinese-style modernization.
