摘要
随着我国人口老龄化趋势的不断加剧,将物联网、人工智能等新技术用于养老领域是缓解国家养老资源短缺的重要途径。智慧养老的兴起并非偶然,近年来,国家也在不断鼓励智能技术与养老产业融合发展,当然,智慧养老在发展的过程中也会遇到很多问题和困境,文章旨在通过对老人生理需求和心理需求的分析,研究如何使智能可穿戴设备的外观、功能及使用方式更符合老人的需求。通过对客户群体的需求分析,定位智慧养老服务平台的设计界面及功能。
With the intensifying trend of population aging in China,applying new technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT)and artificial intelligence(AI)to elderly care is an important approach to alleviate the shortage of pension resources.The rise of smart elderly care is not accidental.In recent years,the government has continuously encouraged the integration of intelligent technologies with the elderly care industry.Of course,smart elderly care also encounters many challenges during its development.This paper aims to analyze the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly to study how to make the appearance,functions,and usage methods of intelligent wearable devices more suitable for seniors.By analyzing the needs of the target customer group,this paper positions the design interface and functionalities of the smart elderly care service platform.
