“五融合·四递进·三协作”创新创业教育体系的构建与实践——以潍坊科技学院为例

摘要 实施“大众创业、万众创新”是顺应时代发展的内在要求,是国家发展战略的必然选择。地方应用型涉农高校开展创新创业教育既是深化高等教育综合改革、培养“知农、懂农、爱农、从农”的现代农业人才的重要内容,也是推动我国创新发展战略的必然要求。潍坊科技学院通过构建“五融合·四递进·三协作”创新创业教育体系,有效整合了校内外创新创业资源,将创新创业教育融入涉农专业人才培养全过程,实现了创新创业人才培养质量的提升,取得了较好的效果,对地方应用型涉农高校开展创新创业教育具有一定的借鉴意义。 Implementation of“Widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation”is a fundamental requirement during this developing era and also an inevitable part of the country’s strategic development plan.It is a primary content and necessary requirement by the nation’s innovation strategies for agricultural universities and colleges to educate qualified modern talents to know,understand,enjoy and devote to agriculture through innovative and entrepreneurship programs as part of a comprehensive reform of higher education.Weifang University of Science and Technology has effectively combined its internal and external resources and integrated an innovation and entrepreneurship program to the entire process of cultivating agricultural professionals through establishing a“Five Integrations,Four Progresses,and Three Collaborations”system.The significant improvement achieved through the system to obtain more qualified innovative and business-oriented undergraduates can be useful for other application-oriented agricultural colleges and universities to carry out the similar innovation and entrepreneurship education program.
