摘要
受阻酚类抗氧剂因其出色的氧化防护性能广泛应用于多个领域,尤其是受阻酚类抗氧剂以其独特的化学结构和卓越的性能成为研究的热点。探讨了受阻酚类抗氧剂的特性,阐述了其在塑料、橡胶、涂料、食品保鲜以及化妆品等领域的应用现状和研究进展,以及受阻酚类抗氧剂与其他类型抗氧剂的复配使用,探讨了其协同作用对提升抗氧化性能的可能性。提出了受阻酚类抗氧剂未来的发展方向,旨在为受阻酚类抗氧剂的研究和应用提供参考。
Hindered phenolic antioxidants are widely used in various fields due to their excellent oxidative protection performance,especially hindered phenolic antioxidants have become a research hotspot due to their unique chemical structure and outstanding properties.The characteristics of hindered phenolic antioxidants is discussed,its application status and research progress in fields such as plastics,rubber,coatings,food preservation,and cosmetics are investigated,as well as the possibility of synergistic effects of hindered phenolic antioxidants with other types of antioxidants to enhance antioxidant performance.Future development directions of hindered phenolic antioxidants are proposed.It provides reference for the research and application of hindered phenolic antioxidants.
