摘要
分析了BIM技术在火灾监督工程中的作用,主要介绍BIM技术在火灾监督工程中的运用,包括火灾仿真和动态模拟、消防区域排布更新、火灾动力学模拟器的应用以及应急疏散预案设计等,并对其应用效果进行评价可知,BIM技术在模型准确性、实时性、可视化、模拟与分析、时间和成本效益、监管符合性、培训与技能方面分别获得0.9、0.8、0.8、0.9、0.7、0.8、0.8的评分。由此可见,BIM技术的应用将有助于更全面、精确地识别和解决消防隐患问题。
This paper analyzes the role of BIM technology in fire supervision engineering, and mainly introduces the application of BIM technology in fire supervision engineering, including fire simulation and dynamic simulation, fire control area layout update, application of fire dynamics simulator and emergency evacuation plan design. According to the evaluation of its application effect, BIM technology obtained scores of 0.9, 0.8, 0.8, 0.8, 0.9, 0.7, 0.8 and 0.8 respectively in terms of model accuracy, real-time performance, visualization,simulation and analysis, time and cost effectiveness, regulatory compliance, training and skills. It can be seen that the application of BIM technology will help to identify and solve fire hazards more comprehensively and accurately.
