摘要
全国重点实验室是构建中国特色国家实验室体系的重要支撑,思政建设为全国重点实验室高质量发展提供了坚实政治保障和强大动力支持。从加强全国重点实验室思政建设的意义出发,分析目前全国重点实验室思政建设面临的挑战,明确党组织和纪检监察部门的不同责任,从基础、动力和保障3个方面构建了建设路径图,提出健全责任体系、创新活动形式、形成内外配合的监督机制这3个实践路径。在实践中,取得了责任体系落地落细、实验室吸引力和凝聚力不断提升、内外部监督贯通联动的良好成效,形成了一套可推广借鉴的现实工作方式方法。
National key laboratories serve as a crucial pillar in establishing a laboratory system with distinct Chinese characteristics.Ideological and political construction provides a solid political foundation and a powerful driving force for the high-quality development of these laboratories.This article begins with the importance of strengthening ideological and political construction in national key laboratories,analyzing the current challenges in this area,and clarifying the roles of party organizations and disciplinary inspection and supervision departments.It outlines a development roadmap focusing on three key aspects:foundation,motivation,and guarantee.The article proposes three practical approaches:enhancing the responsibility system,innovating activity forms,and establishing a supervision mechanism that integrates internal and external cooperation.In practice,significant progress has been made in implementing and refining the responsibility system,continuously improving the laboratories’attractiveness and cohesion,and creating effective linkages between internal and external supervision,resulting in a set of practical methods that can be widely adopted and referenced.
